i mean this with all due respect, i would like to hear from genuine people who think jw have it wrong and then what is the truth?.

im not talking about silly little quibbles here and there.. is jehovah real?

I have only read the first page of comments but this seems like a similar response to what others have asked. The responses are witnesses are evil, be an atheist, find god on your own in your own way etc. What no one ever does is give you a name of the "true" church or "true" religion or any church or religion for that matter which I feel that is what you were really asking for. I have seen this question asked a few times and really it seems the majority of those that leave the witnesses no longer have a religion or even in believe in god . .

First witnesses wouldn't tape up their magazines like that They wouldnt tape two magazines to a ripped up box they wouldn't tape it the way it is, I mean look at that tape job its horrible They wouldn't write so sloppy and misspell words This may be on a site jws frequent but I doubt its legit

a bethelite was telling me that there are 83,000 theocratic facilities world wide.

he compared that to 35,000 mcdonalds and 21,000 starbucks roughly to show the size of the theocratic organization.

i am not sure where the 83,000 comes from what would he be counting?

Well, He told me that the watchtower and awake was the number 1 and number 2 most circulated and read magazines in the world and how people think witnesses are this tiny group but they have 83,000 theocratic facilities and growing. He said they announced they dont have enough kingdom halls for all the people all over the world for people coming in to the truth and are building them as fast as they can so the size of the witnesses keeps growing.

this was at romeoville, which was built ground up in the 90's and was fully paid for by the illinois circuits!.

water,Hand soap, toilet paper,hand towels,trash bags for 10,000 people can cost some serious dough.cleaning supplies, tons of electricity for sound booth lighting,vacuuming, spot lights,air conditioning,landscaping fuel, I imagine the facility isn't used everyday so you are paying for the total upkeep for the whole year including repairs i would think. I heard 14k in daytona beach so im not sure why it costs so much.

Kingdom Hall feels uncomfortably hot lately

i started noticing a change at the kh.

for the past couple of weeks, the place feels quiet warm.

personally i have to take my coat off as soon as i walk in.

If there were any changes to the ac in kingdom halls we would see it in an elders letter. My friend says that he has been to a few halls recently visiting friends and all the halls are nicely air conditioned. He says the elders control the temperature and often its based on their personal preference. Over the years he has seen some halls with people cooling themselves with the watchtower magazine and some halls the sisters bringing blankets and sweaters etc. He said he had one elder that didn't like it cold and so he had trouble not sweating at the meeting because the temp was set to high.
